It was twenty years ago today, Sergeant Pepper taught the band to play. It was twenty years ago today, Rael Isacowitz taught the world to do Pilates properly by releasing his System DVDs. For three and a half years I have used them daily and I am in very good shape because of it. So I am very grateful to the Teacher of Teachers and to Kristi Cooper-White, Lisa Clayton and Michelle Huber.

Dear Raul, I have been following you for more than 20 years. I started the workout with your amazing DVD, Thank you for your divotion to helping people "get their bodies in a good alignment". Any time I get my body in that good alignment, my day also gets in that good alignment.

Great interview. Also, thank you for the clarification on Joseph's parents' jobs. I watched a video saying his father was a gymnast and his mother was naturopathic. I wondered who influenced him to create his Contrology method and other famous techniques.

Loved it but had to give it a thumbs down because of the ads. When I love a video I will watch the ads fully so that the channel can benefit but there were more than 5 ads in the video completely ruining the flow.

Dear Rael, What an awesome Feel Good class. But being BASI certified instructor all your classes and lectures are feel good and inspiring. Because of the BASI System I am working in Portugal, where I chose to retire, never to retire from Pilates. All Studios know about BASI and prefer to hire BASI instructors. So glad I did your program when I retired from the airline and you conducted the class. Bless you, your business and your family. Elon should be a teenager by now.
